Experiencing God Stories
Over the years God has used the truths of Experiencing God to awaken believers to a radically God-centered way of life. As a result, millions have come to know God intimately, to recognize His voice, and to understand His will for their lives. This fall our Journey Groups have taken on the Experiencing God study. This class features an opportunity to hear and share testimonies about how we have been experiencing God invite us into his work.

The Bible Jesus Read, Steven Carrizal
The Old Testament is God’s biography, the story of his passionate encounters with his people, and the prequel to the story of Jesus. It is also the Bible that Jesus read, used, and loved. This class uses Philip Yancey’s book to discover that the Old Testament deals in astonishing depth and detail with the same questions we face today. For expressing our deepest longings and voicing the full range of our lives and emotions, the Old Testament has no equal.

To the Church at Altamesa: Letters with Words for Transformation, Russ Bartee
Many Christians are surprised that some of the most practical truths in the New Testament are tucked away in the book of
Revelation. This grand, final book of the Bible is more than a prophetic panorama of God's world program. In the second and third chapters of Revelation, there appears a stack of letters -- seven in all -- addressed to first-century churches much like ones across our land. The relevance of these letters is nothing short of amazing. You will think the Spirit of God has been looking in on our congregation! As we examine each letter and apply its contents to twenty-first Christianity, let's be sensitive to the voice of God. Let's welcome His counsel, accept His evaluation, heed His warnings, and respond to His reproofs. In the final analysis, this is the only way we can lift the print off the pages of these inspired letters and incarnate the truth.
