May 4th Highlights

The game last night was fun, a little chilly, but a blast! The kids had so much energy and were fun to watch! We lost by a landslide (I don't think they should allow this age group to steal bases... especially home...) but the kids were ecstatic to play, it didn't matter that we didn't win. I will make sure and bring a camera to the next game.

Here are some highlights:

Jashun (before the game) got nailed in the mouth with a baseball - fat lip, bloody nose... blood flowing everywhere

Clifford hit a triple - ask Cara about this one.... she got a little emotional... ;)

Christopher (younger brother of FLC student) got hit by a pitch

Jashun danced an entire half inning while manning 2nd base (even did the splits at one point)

Christopher & Quintaszia (Steffon's cousin) threw the ball in to get a guy out at home plate... and the crowd went wild
