VISION: EXPERIENCING GOD TRANSFORMING LIVES
OVERARCHING GOALS:
Overarching Goal #1: Establish a plan and method of fulfilling and evaluating our pastoral role.
Overarching Goal #2: Establish and align ourselves with an organizational plan that facilitates our need and desire to capture and utilize the administrative talent of our own shepherds, the staff and other identified leaders of the congregation in a manner that provides clear and positive communication of our vision and leadership, and enhances the Altamesa mission areas of global, local and church.
Overarching Goal #3: Establish and communicate a system for enhancing the growth of current leaders and the development future leaders of ACC including Shepherds, Deacons, Ministry Leaders and other designated church leaders.
Overarching Goal #4: Determine Strategies and Critical Steps for the successful development and achievement of any and all budgets. (Specifically: General Budget, Vision Budget, and Capital Improvements Budgets.)
