The Ministry Life Plan defines the "scope and sequence" of our ministries. It ensures that our ministries flow from the values, vision and goals of the Altamesa Church of Christ. Each ministry leader is asked to complete the Ministry Life Plan (MLP) each year. The MLP is required for consideration for inclusion in the annual budget.

Recruitment

All ministries need to recruit people to join the team. Some of us are natural team builders, others are not. All ministry leaders need to become more effective team builders. Growing this ministry will involve others in the life of the church. Involvement alone is no guarantee of spiritual growth. Ministry involvement does provide opportunity for spiritual growth and in this way can contribute to the growth of the individual and then to the life of the body.
