Hannah’s Hope is a ministry of the Altamesa Church of Christ providing support to those dealing with the stresses of infertility. This group is made up of families who know first-hand how difficult these times can be. The group facilitators have all three experienced different issues with infertility and have all seen God’s hand in their lives as these issues resolved through conception or adoption. After going through these challenges, all three families feel very strongly about sharing their stories with others, supporting them, and letting them know they are not alone in their journey towards parenthood.
This group was formed in 2003 and is open to anyone – not just members of Altamesa church. Meetings are in Room #2 at Altamesa Church from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
The schedule of upcoming meetings is:
April 30
July 2
October 1
If this support group can help you in any way, please do not hesitate to join an upcoming meeting or contact the group at knjmorrisonSPAMFILTER@aol.com . Many families in our area are suffering with issues of infertility, and many of them suffer in silence. It is the hope of this group that God will lead them to this support group and give the group wisdom to help others see the hope for their future.
Hannah replied, "I am a woman who is deeply troubled. I have not been drinking wine or beer; I was pouring out my soul to the LORD. Do not take your servant for a wicked woman; I have been praying here out of my great anguish and grief." Eli answered, "Go in peace, and may the God of Israel grant you what you have asked of him."
