Worship at Altamesa

Join us for our Sunday morning worship assembly where we focus on encountering the presence of the one true God. It is our desire that you will experience new hope when you join us for praise, communion and a message from God’s Word.

Altamesa is a place where you can wear what you want to wear. No need to be concerned with what you should wear. We are more concerned about meeting the real life needs we all have. Just show up with an open heart and receive God’s love.

Jesus' life, death, and resurrection are central to the community of faith. Accordingly, we observe the Lord's Supper each Sunday, and all Christians are invited to commemorate God's grace in Jesus Christ.

Our worship in the Sunday morning assemblies features a cappella (literally, "in the style of the chapel") singing through which everyone can glorify The Lord.

We believe salvation is God's gracious gift, accepted through penitent faith and immersion baptism. As a member in Christ's church, each Christian lives out their life according to God's will. If you have never been baptized, you have the opportunity to be baptized before, during, or after our worship assemblies.

If you'd like to place membership with our church you'll also have the opportunity to do that at each assembly.

Anyone seeking prayer is also welcomed. Your prayer requests can be made public to everyone, or it can be kept private. We'll be sensitive to you and your needs.
