Series Description: Forgiveness is hard; but, choosing to carry the weight of unforgiveness is harder. In our earthly relationships, it often times is difficult to seek and extend forgiveness to someone we have hurt or the other that has hurt us. On the flip side, in our relationship with God, who extends forgiveness to us freely through Jesus, we often times have a hard time receiving it. As we begin this New Year seeking a season of refreshment, let us remember that practicing forgiveness sets us free from self-made prisons of resentment and proclaims loudly the love of our God. This sermon series starts Sunday, January 5.
