The Tabernacle: shadows of the mystery and wonder of God
Series Description: The story of the tabernacle is not just about instructions and construction of a portable tent. It is primarily about a covenant relationship with God and his people. At the heart of the story is a proposal by God to his people to dwell with him and be a kingdom of priests to all the nations. As a tangible sign of this intimate relationship, the tabernacle served as the central dwelling place of God among his people. It was a place of service, sacrifice, atonement, and worship...a foreshadowing of things that would be ultimately fulfilled in the life, ministry, death, resurrection, and priestly ministry of Jesus Christ in the ultimate tabernacle. We invite you to join us for this series as we consider all that the tabernacle means to the story of God and his people.
