A Blend of Music

At Altamesa, we have come to appreciate not only the acapella singing of our Church of Christ heritage, but also contemporary Christian instrumental worship music. We bring both together for a blend of music in our worship service.

Prayers of the People

Prayers of the People is our opportunity to respond to God through an experiential time of confession, prayer, support, and encouragement.

Weekly Communion

We practice open communion on a weekly basis. For us at Altamesa, this is a time in our worship service during which our focus is on Jesus Christ, the forgiveness offered at the cross, and the new life in Christ that we now offer back to God.

The Offering

Each week we take up an offering. This is an opportunity intended for Altamesa members. However, guests are also welcome to participate as well.

Connection Cards

We would love a record of your attendance. You will find Connection Cards in a holder on the back of the pew in front of where you sit.

Desire, Calling, and Gifts

Here at Altamesa, we invite men and women to serve on Sunday mornings in a variety of ways based on desire, calling, and gifts. We believe this is critical for the work of ministry and to build up the body of believers.

Children's Church & More

Children’s Church is available for children ages 3 years old through 2nd Grade. “Busy Bags” filled with quiet coloring & drawing materials are also available.
